On Friday, we went to Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute for Physiology Friday. We worked at various lab stations to help us better understand the study of physiology.
Here are just some of the questions we engaged with at the stations:
- How your heart and muscles are working when you grip something.
- Looking down a microscope to find out what our body is made of?
- How much air can we blow out from our lungs?
We listened to some very interesting presentations from PHD students also.
